Welcome to the ! Benefit Counselors are available to speak with you in person to help walk you through your voluntary benefit offerings for the new plan year. The Benefit Counselors are trained and knowledgeable on the County of Alameda voluntary benefit offerings for the upcoming plan year. To set up a one-to-one meeting with a counselor, please schedule an appointment at one of the locations listed below. Enrollment cafés are also available at various locations that will have laptops for you to stop by and complete your benefit enrollment. Enrollment cafés do not require an appointment. To view the schedule for the cafés, please select the calendar icon. We will do our best to stay on schedule. Please help us do so by arriving early or on time for your appointment. In an effort to be courteous of everyone’s time, the Benefit Counselor will have a “hard stop” at the end of the scheduled appointment time frame in order to be available for their next scheduled appointment. If you need more time, you are welcome to work with the Benefit Counselor directly to arrange additional time to continue your benefits conversation and enrollment.
